This painting received Honorable Mention in the International Art Room Gallery January 2020 “Open” online exhibition.
This unframed abstract art is a meticulously-created original acrylic pour painting on a 18′ x 24″ x 3/4″ canvas. The medium-textured duck canvas is triple primed with acid-free acrylic gesso and hand stretched over kiln-dried stretcher bars from environmentally managed forests.
Colors include ultramarine blue, ice blue, Payne’s gray, metallic gold, and titanium white.
I use professional-grade paints and pouring mediums. My technique includes pouring, palette knife and brushwork.
The canvas can be displayed both vertically and horizontally, so orientation is a personal preference. The edges are painted so it can be hung without a frame, and the art is varnished with a satin finish. Hanger will be provided.
Each painting is signed on the back and created with a grateful mindset.
